The AI agent, asked in English and then in spoken Hindi: lunch logged, and a doctor's appointment set for tomorrow with a reminder

Tell it. It’s done.

Type it, say it in English or Hindi, or send a photo of your plate. The AI agent logs it at once and shows what it did, with Undo and Change beside it. No forms, no searching for foods.

  • “Lunch: 2 chapatis, dal, rice and a katori of curd” is logged, with every vitamin counted
  • “कल सुबह 10 बजे डॉक्टर” becomes a task for tomorrow, with a reminder at 9:30
  • Reminders come as notifications, even with the app closed

Why one app

One app, one agent that sees how your life fits together

Most apps see only one part of your life. A food app sees your food, and a bank app sees your money. 4dAi keeps every part of your day in one place. So one AI agent can look at all of it, and tell you what no single app can.

  1. Everything, in one place

What you eat, how you train and sleep, how you feel, where your money and hours go, and what you planned. You log it in one sentence, or it is logged by itself.

    FoodTrainingSleepRecoveryMoodMoneyTimeTasksStudy
  2. One agent reads across it

Ask how your week went, why you are tired, or what to change. It answers from your own figures, including earlier days. It also finds links between the parts. For example: less protein on rest days, short nights before a deadline, or more spending on stressful days.

  3. Research, applied to your numbers

Every method in the app names the study it is based on, with a link. For example: ICMR-NIN 2020 for your targets, IFCT 2017 for Indian foods, the 2024 Compendium for exercise, and the papers on recovery, sleep, memory and planning. The agent names them when it answers. So you can check what it says, and learn from it.

How was my week?

Protein was 96 g a day, lowest on Friday, a rest day. Sleep was 7.2 h, shortest on Tuesday. Try curd or chana on rest days, and go to bed earlier on Monday. Short sleep slows the muscle you are building.

Why do I keep putting off my thesis?

It slips on the days your tasks say “write chapter” with no first step. Make the first step five minutes long, and decide when you will do it. People carry out a plan of when and where far more often.

Am I ready to train legs today?

Your quads and glutes are about 80% recovered from Saturday. Your hamstrings are ready. A lighter leg day is fine. Or train your upper body today and do legs tomorrow.

From your logged sets, sleep and food

These examples come from a made-up profile. For each profile, you choose whether the agent may read your data. Your data is sent with each question and is not stored anywhere. The agent gives estimates, not medical advice.

What is inside

Four areas, everything in its place

Tap any of these to see two pictures of it in the app.

Health

Food, exercise, sleep and recovery.

Mind

How you feel, and what you are learning.

Resources

Money and time: where they went.

Productivity

Plan my day, tasks, reminders and your life in weeks.

For everyone at home: , and , locked with your own passphrase.

Track

Four areas sit in one circle: Health, Mind, Resources and Productivity. Each has its own colour. Tap one and it opens into its parts. In Health, you see what you ate against what you burned, and what that means for fat and muscle.

Today's numbers in the middle of the circle: today's balance so far, what you ate and burned, carbs, fat and protein, and tiles for fat, muscle and protein

Your day, predicted

4dAi learns what you usually eat at each meal, on each day of the week, and what exercise and sleep are usual for you. It predicts your day from that. Check it, change an amount or a time, take a dish off, and log the whole day in one tap. The more days you log, the better it gets.

Nutrients

Protein, carbs, fat and fibre for every food. The app also checks 12 vitamins and 11 minerals against the ICMR-NIN 2020 targets. So you can see what your food is missing.

Vitamins and minerals: protein, fibre, calcium, iron, magnesium and more, each a bar against its target

Figures

One table shows every food’s calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Another shows every exercise’s calories at your weight. Find them under Health › Food › Food figures. Change any figure for a profile, and the whole app uses your figure. Add your own foods and exercises, each with a picture. You can go back to the app’s own figures at any time, for one or for all. On a phone, you set each figure with two wheels, without the keyboard. Your figures are saved with your account.

Favourites

Make a list of the exercises you really do, like resistance bands at home or your usual machines at the gym. Exercised then shows this list first, as pictures. Tap the ones you did today. Then enter the reps and the weight or band for each.

Recover

See how each muscle is recovering, based on your training, sleep and food. For each sport you play, see how many minutes are left this week and how hard to go today. Each week stays at about 10% more than the last, to help you avoid injury.

Fitness goal

Answer a few questions: what you want most (lose fat, build muscle, both at once, eat healthy or get fitter), how many days a week you can train, at a gym or at home, and any foods you do not eat. 4dAi then makes a plan: the day’s calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre, a balanced plate, the vitamins and minerals to watch, what to keep out, and a training week. Your day, predicted then shows how much of each food fits your goal.

The plan for that goal: 1,920 kcal a day with 136 g of protein, carbs, fat and fibre, and a balanced plate
Then a plan to eat and train for it

Plan

Choose your goal: build muscle while losing fat, keep muscle while losing fat, or bulk (gain weight to build muscle). The plan sets your calories, protein, fat and carbs for the day. It gives you a training week for the gym or for home: full body, upper / lower, or push, pull, legs + core. You log today’s workout in one tap, and it gets harder by no more than about 10% a week. The plan also makes today’s plates from your mess menu or your own, sized to the plan. Every figure links to the research behind it.

Plan my day

Draw your day as slices on a circle: study, gym, meals, work. See it as two circles (your sleep and your day), as one 24-hour clock, or as two 12-hour clocks like a wall clock. Tap a slice to fine-tune it to the minute, just under the clock. Say your plan, and it is drawn for you. Copy a day’s plan to other days, or repeat it each week. Each slice becomes a task, with a reminder when it starts.

Life in weeks

Each week of your life is one square (on a phone, each month). The phases of your life are coloured in. Show your whole life, or only the years ahead. Plan the week ahead. On Sunday night, look back on what happened and what you learned. The app reminds you to do both. With sync, it is encrypted with your passphrase.

Money

See where your rupees go, item by item. Type a spend in, or tell the AI agent (“groceries 450”, “auto 60”). Or switch on payments by themselves, and your bank’s alerts are logged as they come. See each day’s spending. See where it went over a week or a month: by category, day by day, against the days before, your biggest spends, each weekday, and where the month is heading. Download it all as a spreadsheet. You can track the hours you spend on things the same way, under Time spent in Time management.

Remember

Tell the app what you studied today, and it reminds you to recall it. It reminds you the next day, on day 3, after a week, and then at longer and longer gaps. Each reminder says how to recall it, and why.

What is due today, and what is coming
A recall: the topic, how to recall it today in three steps, and the research the method rests on
Each recall says what to do, and why

How you feel

Each morning and night, pick a few words for how you feel. The app draws them over the weeks. When hard feelings keep coming back, it tells you. It also finds help near you, by your phone’s location or a city’s name: psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors, mental health hospitals and clinics, and health and wellness centres (Ayushman Arogya Mandir), each with its phone number and address. Free helplines are there too.

Stay focused

Use one area, two, or all four

Eat at a hostel or institute mess?

4dAi is built for mess food too. For the A, D and E messes at IISc, the day’s menu is already in the app. You tick what you ate, set the amounts, and the meal is logged.

Scan your menu, and it is ready in a minute. At an IIT, NIT, IISER or any other hostel mess, take a photo of the weekly menu sheet, or of your own diet plan. The app reads every day and meal, adds a usual helping of each dish, and saves it as your menu. After that, to log a meal, you just tick from it. The app lists any dish it could not find, so you can add it by hand. You can change any dish or helping later.

Or make it yourself. Enter your mess’s menu or your own routine at home, meal by meal, in Customise menu.

A balanced plate for every meal. The app looks at that day’s menu (the mess’s, or the one you made). It picks a plate with protein, vegetables, a whole grain and dairy. It leaves out deep-fried dishes and sweets. You can skip a dish or change an amount. Then log the meal straight from the plate.

Want it for your institution? Send the name of your institution and its vegetarian mess menu. A photo or a PDF of the weekly sheet is enough. It will be added to the app, so that logging your meals there is just as easy.

One of the best app for tracking daily calories and activities! You can easily log your food, walking, running, workouts, and other activities, and it gives you a clear idea of your calorie intake, calories burned, and overall calorie balance. The wide range of food and exercise options makes tracking very convenient. Definitely a great app for anyone who wants to keep track of their daily health and fitness.

Amazing app for overall health benifits. Backed by data and science.

Dr. Vivek · · 8 October 2026

This is a really well-designed app for tracking daily calories, nutrients, exercise, and recovery. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. I especially like how it combines food intake, calorie expenditure, workouts, and muscle recovery in one place.

Only people who use 4dAi can write a review. That means people who have paid, people on the free trial and people given free access. Each review shows which of these its writer is. Each person can write one review, and can change or delete it at any time. A review with vulgar or abusive words, in English or Hindi, cannot be published. Every review is shown as it was written, newest first. A review is taken down only if it is abusive, advertises something or gives away someone’s personal details.

Why you should have it

Everything in one place, with one AI agent

Food, exercise, sleep, how you feel, study, money, tasks and the plan for your day all live in one app, and one AI agent sees all of it. You do not switch between apps or copy things from one to another. That keeps you focused, and things get done faster: tell the agent once, and it is logged, planned or set as a reminder.

Health is the first happiness

When your body feels well, most things get easier: work, study, sleep and mood. Everything else you want is built on it.

Life is easier for your family

When you are healthy, you have energy for the people at home, and they worry less. One subscription has a profile for each of them, so you can look after everyone’s progress.

A fitter body, a calmer mind

Regular activity reduces the symptoms of depression and anxiety. It is also good for the brain. What you eat and how you sleep matter too.

Every number shows its working

Nothing here is hidden. Tap a figure or a chart, and the app shows how it was worked out, step by step, with your own numbers. It also links to the research papers the method is based on. You can check it, and you can learn from it.

On activity, mood and ageing: the World Health Organization’s fact sheets on physical activity and ageing and health. 4dAi gives estimates and is not medical advice.

How it works

  1. Sign in with Google. There is no new password to make.
  2. Everything is free for your first 7 days, with no card. After that, food tracking stays free for ever, with its calories, macros, vitamins and minerals.
  3. Everything else costs ₹30 a month. This covers exercise, plans, recovery, fat and muscle, Memory’s reminders, supplements, glucose and insulin, payments by themselves, task reminders, the AI agent and sync. You pay by a UPI or card mandate (your permission for a monthly payment) that you approve on Razorpay. Razorpay takes ₹5 to check it and refunds it automatically. You can cancel at any time.

Questions

Where is what I log kept?

What you log stays in your browser on your device. It leaves your device only if you turn on sync yourself. You can lock sync with a passphrase, so that only your devices can read it. There are two exceptions. Memory’s topics are also kept on the server, so that it can remind you. They are encrypted with that passphrase if you have set one. And any food or exercise figures you change for a profile are kept with your account. Signing in only tells us which Google account has a subscription.

What does it cost?

Food tracking, with its calories, macros, vitamins and minerals, is free. Everything else is free for your first 7 days too. After that, it is ₹30 a month, paid by a UPI Autopay or card mandate that you approve on Razorpay. One subscription covers a profile for each person at home. The AI agent (the chatbot) comes with 150 messages a month. When they run out, you get more the next month. You are not charged more for it. When you approve the mandate, Razorpay takes ₹5 to check your UPI or card and refunds that ₹5 automatically.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your Account page, or by cancelling the mandate in your UPI or bank app. No more payments are taken, and the free food plan stays. If you cancel before the first charge, you are not charged at all. If you cancel after a monthly payment, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. Once you have opened it, the app keeps working with no connection for up to 7 days at a time. What you log stays on your device. Sync, Memory’s reminders and your account need the internet.

Can my family use it?

Yes. Add a profile for each person at home. Each person has their own food, training and recovery. One account follows them all, with one subscription.

Is it medical advice?

No. Every number is an estimate from published formulas and food tables, with its working shown. It is not medical, dietary or training advice. If you are pregnant, under 18, unwell or managing a health condition, please ask a doctor or a qualified dietitian first.

Is 4dAi part of Eat Move Rest?

No. 4dAi (eatnmove.in) is an independent app, made and run by one person in India. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Eat Move Rest (eatmoverest.com) or any other business with a similar name.
